Finlay Congratulates Organisers of Milk Cup on another Successful Tournament

Ballymoney Councillor John Finlay has congratulated the organisers of the Milk Cup on another successful tournament.
 Speaking today Cllr Finlay said:
"I congratulate the organisers of the Milk Cup and all those who took part in it making it yet another successful event.
The Milk Cup is good for Northern Ireland, generating the next generation of football players. It allows young people to look to achieving something positive and most importantly it promotes good health and well being at a time which is marked by young people sitting at home playing computer games or watching television.
The Cup has become a huge success story for the Ballymoney area, and North Antrim as a whole. It generates positivity and is good for the local economy.
I was encouraged by those who supported all matches. I personally attended the Spurs and Northern Ireland games and was very encouraged by the turnout for those and the professionalism demonstrated by the players, many of whom I would be very pleased to see reach the top. I very much look forward to next year's tournament." Councillor Finlay added.
